What Physics International/Phoenix Foundation IS: A unified global holding enterprise combining elite civilian-legal crisis response, open-source intelligence (OSINT), advanced technological R&D, environmental diplomacy, and grassroots humanitarian philanthropy.
What Physics International/Phoenix Foundation IS NOT: We are not a private military company (PMC), a partisan political action committee, a policing force, or a covert intelligence agency. Across all four of our divisions, we strictly do not conduct arrests, armed operations, or vigilante justice.
